Cannot access n8n Academy after completing Level 2

Hi team, I have successfully completed n8n Course Level 1 and Level 2. However, I am currently unable to log in to the Academy portal (apps.learn.n8n.io). I tried the “Forgot password” option, but I never receive the reset email. Since my community account is linked via Google, there is no password set for my account. When I try to register again, it causes conflicts. Could you please help me regain access to my account so I can continue with the Expert Certification path?
